Where can I get the best rate  for student loan?  My parents have no money to help me.

Rates for federally guaranteed student loans are set by the government. I would suggest that you either contact Direct Loans, there is a link to them in the links post at the beginning of the forum, or contact the financial aid office at your school. They are set up to assist students in obtaining financing for school.
