incorrect reporting by direct loans to transunion

I finished my SL rehab 11/08 Direct loans are reporting correctly to EX and EQ, paid as agreed and acct in good standing. Transunion on the other hand is still reporting it as a negative TL and in collections

I contacted direct loans and they stated that everything is correct on their end and that it should be reported as a positive TL? They also stated that they report to all 3 CBR's every 30 days? So Transunion should have received the correct report

How do I go about getting this corrected? Now that I've contacted direct loans directly. Should I submit a dispute and it should be an easy fix? Or should I give transunion a call and see what is going on?
