Best State to Incorporate online business?

I currently live in California, I am starting a online site that mainly acts as a music magazine. The site will have interviews and the such. I will be gaining revnue from advertsiing and sponsors. Would it be good to incorp in Delaware?

Unless you plan on having a Fortune 500 company you'll never reap the benefits of a Delaware corporation. You most definitely should go with Nevada. But don't take my word for it, consult with a competent attorney and see what they suggest.

 

Also, I recommend going to your local mall and stopping by the bookstore. Pick up "Own Your On Corporation" by Garrett Sutton, Esq. and read the chapter on Nevada corporations. Once you've found it look specifically for the section where he compares Delaware to Nevada and you'll found some answers.
