Hello all,

I am a newbie to the forum. I have a question that I don't think has been addressed too much here..or maybe I just haven't found the right thread (sorry).

First off, here is my situation:

Just got conditionally approved for a Chase Private Student Loan. A few days ago, I sent them my signed MPN/credit agreement, copy of IDs (plural, because i have a co-signer) and my proof of enrollment, which is an acceptance letter from my school. 2 days later, I received correspondence from Chase, stating that I need to provide a different proof of enrollment, because my acceptance letter has "conditions" on it. I can understand this because, while the letter stated I had been readmitted (I am a returning student) it did state some conditional info regarding my return. Well, on the correspondence from Chase, it stated I could send in a copy of my class schedule (which I won't get until end of August, and PAST the conditional approval deadline for my loan), or an enrollment verification letter from the Registrar (would be rcvd in September). I called the Chase customer svc, and asked if a tuition bill is OK, since I should get that soon and my tuition is due in early August. Every rep told me this is fine....however, I am just worried that the processor didn't mention this to me. Has anyone sent in ONLY their tutition bill as proof of enrollment, and was able to complete this requirement? I read someone's post in the Ultimate Private Student Loan thread, and I guess her acceptance letter wasn't accepted either, but she sent in a class schedule. Any info regarding this would be much appreciated!!!

Also, on the tuition bill it will state it's for Fall 2008 term, but Chase wants the actual dates put on the Credit agreement/App. Any idea how I should put this down?

The tuition bill needs to show enrollment for whatever academic period you listed on the pnote. It needs to have your name, school name, and academic period to match with the pnote academic period. If it's printed from the school website, make sure it has the url on it as well.
