I just started the process of rehabbing my student loans with 2 holders ASA and DCS. However, all the uglies from the previous providers are still there. The loans all state transferred to another lender and balance of $0.00 for the following.

ACS/Fleet(EXP)

NBIS(EQI)

Sallie Mae(EXP EQI)

Sallie Mae Servicing(TRU)

Direct Loan Servicing(TRU EQI)

Student Loan Marketing(EXP)

ASA and DCS hold all of the loans now. Anybody have a good strategy for wiping them out. I've been reporting monthly as inaccurate and have gotten good results so far but it seems in each case that they(lender) will not respond to one agency but always report to another.

Also, is Sallie Mae and Sallie Mae Servicing one in the same?

Any responses would be appreciated.
