Question About Rehab...

we finally agreed on the rehab thing with NCO...they already got the first payment

through automatic withdrawal from fiancee's bank account...

 

he was promised over the phone that the penalties and charges will be waived.

 

this was done over the phone...i asked if he was told he was gonna be sent

some paper works documenting that the penalties and charges will be waived...

 

it's been more than two weeks and we still have not received any.

 

is this red flag?

I am doing a rehab loan with NCO as well and my first payment came out on 9/29 and I just got my rehab payment plan letter today. He realy shouls have gotten something in writing b/4 giving them his bank info. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't live up to the agreement.

that's what i thought so too...but the agent that he spoke with was totally rude and harassing him...though he didn't give in that same day...he made an agreement a couple of days later.

 

my fiancee is too trusting...tsk tsk.
