6 year old bill! What to do?

I just received a bill for 396.00 from a school I last attended 5/24/00. The school is ECPI college of technology. I had no clue I owed them anything and this is the first I have heard from them ever about this.

1. Is this loan out of SOL? The school is a small technology school and I don't think the loan is an actual student loan. I may be wrong on this.

2. I filed BK 07 in 2001. Can this be added to the BK? If I would have known about the debt I could have included it into the BK.

Nothing shows on my reports yet and I received a statement of account from ECPI faxed to me a few minutes ago.

I could probably just pay this but it irritates me that this has come out of the woodwork now and that they are being annoying about paying this now.

What do you guys think?
