Consolidation Question

Hey all, I hope in my searching I didn't just pass this up, if I did I apologize for the extra post. I currently have a small balance (~6K) out of deferment on 2 stafford loans through Great Lakes (?) but paying to Wells Fargo. Using the loan locator I find this:

03/06/2006 WELLS FARGO EFS (NORWEST)

03/02/2006 GREAT LAKES HIGHER EDUCATION CORPORATION

 

After reading about UHEAA and their BB's, I'd like to move my loan to them to take advantage of them. I'm not quite sure I understand the single lender rules and all that stuff. Am I able to do this?
