I had 12 student loans before they were consolidated last year. At one point in 2003 they were all late. I am not sure how late they actually were. I thought I was in deferment over the summer and apparently was not. Anyway, on my TU and Equifax, 9 of them were reporting as 60days late and 3 of them as 90 days late. how can this be? Has anyone had a problem similar to this? They are all from consecutive years in school and were all deferred at the same time. I am hesitant to bring it to the attention of the lender as I don't want them to all go 90 days. What should I do?

I disputed as never late. Of course they were all verified but still 3 at 90 and 9 at 60 days. Also, TU moved the late period to 2001 from 2003.
