Does capital one business card report to personal or business report. If business only than does it report to dnb and experian? thanks

My uncle is still paying a mortgage on the house and he wanted to add my husband and I to the deed. How do we go about this? Can this be done? Permission is probably need from mortgage company? I have an upside down situation. I went everywhere and no-one would refinance me, no credit union or bank. I owe 32000 on my 2004cadillac with 9.9% interest rate and i had it for 14 months. I have loan with capital one and they repo not for late payment but the auto body called asked them to pick it up, because I was trying to come up with payment to pay them(auto body shop), but during that time they called to have it repo. Is there any company that would refinance me. my credit is not to great I don't even care if the interest rate is higher I just wanted to know if any place would refinance me fast. Can anyone help? thanks

Hi can anyone help Here is my sotry. I am financing a car with capital one auto finance. I was never. I took my car to dealership for repairs it was ready in 3 weeks and before could pick it up my husband got a call that his father died and we traveled to his country. He sopke to auto shop before he left and said charge whateve rfees extra father died I have to go. they called capital one and said my vehicle was impounded and to pick it up. capital one called it a repossesion and pick up the car and refuses to work with me to get the car back. went sent half payment to the recovery place and still current with car note and said will give rest on the 15th of aughust but they are threatening to sell car on the 4th of august at an auction. I cannot file 13 because I am in my 3rd yera of a 13. What can I do, do you still know of the lawyer in nj that can ehlp. thank you

lender is hsbc. Thank you for the advice. I just tried calling and got transferred an dhung up on. Everytime I call I get someone in csr in india. I will being my writting because this is not fair.

I called bose on the date my payment was due(july 2) to tell them I would not be able to make the payment until July11. They said okay and I asked if the late fee can get waived as well and they said okay. I got someone from india. I also asked to make sure I would not be reported late since I called and they said no. Well today I pulled my credit report and it has a 30 days late. How can I get them to reverse this since I called and made arrangements. this is very upsetting. I worked so hard on my credit the past year and now this.

Hi all, I juste received a call from dnb rep, she wanted me to purchase the credit builder for $329.00. I told her I had to go to a meeting and would call her back. Does this mean shes won't give me dun number in 30 days? Should I call her back to purchase this credit builder to get the dun number? Or if I don't call her back will I still recieve my number? Please advise. thank you

Hi, I am new, but I removed my inquiries from equifax by placing a fraud alert on my credit report. Everytime I apply for credit, I call them and say I did not apply with this company and it is deleted. I hope this helps some.
