  1. They are and also 2 of 3 negatives i have against me. I figured if i could get them open it could only help my credit score. Also i only have 1 revolving account a capital one card. So this would also make my utilization go down.
  2. thats a bummer, i guess i could call just to find out. But would they do a hard pull?
  3. I have two credit cards that have been closed by the card issuer. BOA and Chase. I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to try to call and have them reopened? The chase one was a $200 limit opened aug of 05 shows a high of 446, 2 30's 1 60. 7 paid on time before it was closed. BOA was a $600 CL high of 1,235. opened in febuary of 05 and then in august of 06 just got to over my head and let it go to collections it was settled for less then the full amount owed. Has a lot of 120's but had about 18 months of paid on times before i started acting stupid with credit. Is it possible to have these reopened? Or is it to old to do anything about it now?
  4. but if i call the attorney there is no way to really have it erased from my credit?
  5. I'm not sure, i would have to ask my dad. I'm pretty sure we did not get a title to the bike tho. Do you have any suggestions on how i should go about trying to contact the attorney?
  6. When i talk to the attorney should i see if i can do a settlement for a smaller amount? Will they be able to delete it? Or is it to much to ask for that?
  7. I was not overseas state side. It was my father was the co-signer and i was going through hard times so he decided it would be best for me just to let it go. So i took his advice and said let them take it.
  8. I was actually gone on military orders so my dad handled it. It changed the balance from like 9k+ to the 6,297 now. So what should i do from here? Try to get a settlement with a pay for deletion?
