New user here ... although have been reading for long time without posting -
This is HVAC-Heating & Cooling Repair/Service Business
Here is what I have done so far: (FEB/2010)
Am Using my Home Address since that is where my shop is located.
1. Filed with LA. SOS for my new LLC
2. EIN from IRS
3. Gen. Liability Ins. thru Business Name
4. Obtained local Occupational/Business License & Registered LLC thru Court (Charter)
5. Opened Business Bank Account
6. Business Phone service thru ATT - Call Foward to my Cell # ,- Required No Deposit using my EIN & Biz. Name - Cost Approx. $18.50 + Tax/Month - Will be listed in 411/Yellow pages
(The phone line is operational at this time... ATT Rep stated that it could take 411/Yellow pages 3-5 Business Days Before the listing will appear )
At this point do I wait for the actual listing of 411 before applying for D&B ?? OR, Is the 411 listing nott necessary for Dunns ?
