well, perhaps what it means is that since you have your equifax file frozen, they were not able to access it. which means their system canceled your application. NFCU is an equifax puller. you will need to unfreeze it so they can access it. not to worry, probably it will go to un UW for further review, however if the UW is not able to access equifax it will be a guaranteed denial. my best advice is unfreeze equifax first then reapply and once they checked your file you can request to freeze it again.
