    Marv, Are there any automotive lending programs similar to the mortgage industry that allows "stated" income applications? I have high credit scores - 720 + on all bureaus, and have just paid off an automotive loan thru Wachovia Dealer Services (never late), but being a Realtor have very irregular income and our aggressive income tax preparer basically shows us in poverty. Any advice would be appreciated.
