    Its funny I too received this letter in the mail today and was saying to myself WTH. But anyway I'm gonna send another letter tomorrow requesting them to comply.

    I have a few CC that are about a year or 2 old and are listed on my report as closed(paid). I was thinking about sending the creditors a goodwill letter to have them deleted to clear up my report. Should I?
