Can a person have both the cashRewards and the nRewards? I currently have cashRewards and NavChek but might try for the nRewards as well.

In my case I signed 1 document for hyundai finance and no others. It was not a generic form as it had the Hyundai and US Bank logo on the top. They have nothing signed for capital one or anything inhouse. Other CRA's are reporting the inqs now so I have 5 total and only 1 was Hyundai.

Went to Fort Knox FCU and am approved like I knew I would be (they are one of the best and a see why this forum endorses them). We just wanted the extra $1k rebate through Hyundai finance. I think we will buy the car from a different dealer, take it to the lot and tell them they could have had our business but because they pulled 3 inquiries that they failed.

It justy bothers the hell out of me because I told the saleperson and he promised in return that it would only be Hyundai finance and nothing else.

So I went into a dealership and we were looking to purchase a car. There was an extra $1k rebate if we went through the Hyundai finance company so we signed a application for them. Today I look and there is 3 inquiries. 1 for the dealership itself, 1 for Hyundai and 1 for capital one auto. What recourse do I have since I never gave permission for them to pull cap1? I can see a permissable for hyndai and the dealership itself is iffy but permissable. We didn't buy the car as of yet since I want to check at a local credit union first and Hyundai didn't approve us so the extra rebate is out of the question.

We just got a $170k mortgage but our property taxes are really low ($1k/yr or so) the closing costs were about right where we were. Our rate is a bit lower though 4.75% with a middle score of 641. Total is a little under $1050 a month with ins and taxes. The only difference is we went VA.

The bank's lawyers submitted forclosure documents to the court on 8/31. We signed for the house on 8/27. Most likely they will just drop it because the bank got their money out of the deal. However if I would have known ahead of time I woulda offered less for the house. As it stands I saved her butt and she made 20k.

The sheriff deputy was wonderful with dealing with my wife. Wife even gave him the ladies forwarding address since she hadn't started the forwarding of the mail process. Yesturday somebody else with a badge came looking for the former owners ex-husband. Might have been a process server or bounty hunter (guessing). I'm just glad we got completly signed before all this happened.

No troll here .... The CLI request was done before the closing of the house as a soft pull from their website. The house we just bought may be going into forclosure not because of us but because of the previous owner. The reason for this post was because I thought it was strange that they would use a reason of "PERCENTAGE OF TIMES PAYMENT GREATER THAN AMOUNT DUE OVER LAST 12 MONTHS ON THIS ACCOUNT" to decline a CLI. To me it seems they would want people paying above the minimums (which I always do) while this reason suggests that paying above the minimum was a bad thing.

We bought it. We just were living in it for a week and a half prior to closing. Even if something does come up shouldn't the title insurance or something that we paid for kick in?

How much trouble could this cause me? We just signed for our home on Friday 8/27. The day before the sheriff dropped by to server the homeowners at that time. Of course they weren't there because we were moving in. This was our first hint that something was afoul. I did a search and foreclosure was filed this Monday 8/31 . Are things just going to go away since I assume the creditor is going to get paid?

Not sure if everybody is reading close enough. Selections 2 and 4 cancel each other out. LOW RATIO OF PAYMENTS TO BALANCE OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS ON THIS ACCOUNT PERCENTAGE OF TIMES PAYMENT GREATER THAN AMOUNT DUE OVER LAST 12 MONTHS ON THIS ACCOUNT Since when does one get punished for making above the minimum payment? I have always paid above the minimum payment since starting the account 3 years ago, most of the times by at least double. Plus there is only $500 on the card so that equals to just under 10% a month.

So I got declined for a CLI with GEMB which is fine except for the last reason. We are unable to accommodate your request for the following reasonlsl: PERCENTAGE OF TIMES WITH NO PURCHASE ACTIVITY OVER LAST 12 MONTHS ON THIS ACCOUNT LOW RATIO OF PAYMENTS TO BALANCE OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS ON THIS ACCOUNT AVERAGE UTILIZATION ON ACCOUNT OVER MOST RECENT SIX MONTHS PERCENTAGE OF TIMES PAYMENT GREATER THAN AMOUNT DUE OVER LAST 12 MONTHS ON THIS ACCOUNT
