Thanks for the replies, I sent several e-mails to the top guns at verizon a while back. One listened to my sob story and did investage it but no dice. What really happened was back in 07 i brought a new house and i thought DG had the phone shut off for the move, in the new house i had charter for the phone service, so in june of 08 a ca called me about this and i paid them right there on the phone, verizion ask for proof of this so i sent them copies of my mortage and my new phone service, to prove i did move and got new phone service. There reply was even i proved my claim, i did get sent to collections and it has to be reported as such CASE CLOSED. So i guess ill just have to live with this for 5 or so years.

This is listed in the other accounts section of my EQ report, not in collections section.

If im opted out is EQ liable for selling my credit report? All the other PRM inquirys have stop since JUNE except this one, Or does MDA CAPITAL INC code their inquirys in such a matter to get a report?

Since JUNE would be at least a 130 days no?

I just pulled my EQ report the other day and i see this soft inquiry dated 10-27-09 from PRM-MDA CAPITAL INC. I have no dealings with this company whats so ever. I opted out back in JUNE so what is EQ doing giving them my report?

I figured i jump on the band wagon and applied for it. Got 5000 from kays, 5000 from jared, and a 7 day we mail you from jbr. So this has brought my ult% down to 31% from 43%. Should be a good FICO hike

I have BOA card with a $2000 limit that i owe $1600 on. My question is if i do a BT from another bank to pay this down or off, Do i risk AA from BOA? Or should i just keep making y regular payments?

They pulled EQUIFAX with me and my FICO score was 694.

I joined oct 20 online, Got approved for nrewards and no mention of DD. I can log in to my account and see my card. just waiting on the mail.
