just to let you know the 785 form allowed me to obtain a mortgage with a IRS tax lien in place yes i am in an installment payment plan
so that allowed me through fha to get loan because it by default puts irs in second position . yes it was a purchase money loan

Can I buy a house ? And if so how long after house is bought will the lien attach ?
My boss is willing to add me as an authorized user on one of his cards with a good limit and always under 10 % used .
I am at 17000 of 25000 available ,
which I believe they say is about 68 % scores about 630 across board
if i combine them it will be my first 5000 credit line , side note both cards just recievied cli so if i do it now the 6 month clock starts over so good timing for both i think
cap one plat 1000 limit will not grow , combine with quicksilver visa , have 4 cards trying to make it easier to take care of card , but will try for increase next week before I do

I s there a way or is it possible to trade in a car that is my daughters for a car of my own, she is leaving the area and no longer needs car but my wife does not to drive that car. would like to trade it in and get something that she would drive.
