  1. 4.8 liter engine.
  2. Hi, Marv. Could you give me the Maheim report on the following vehicle. Thanks. 2001 Chevy Tahoe LS Leather int., Onstar, CD and Casette, No 3rd Seat, 4X4. 67,000 miles.
  3. Went in last night. Got $2300 for my trade. After alittle going back and further. I picked up a 2005 Mazda 6 Wagon.
  4. I know I could get more by selling it privately. But, I don't want the headache. Plus, I need to get the amount of the loan down to an acceptable level.
  5. Marv, Would it be wise to let them appraise it and if it is lower that these numbers, Let them know that I know what the recent auction prices are. Of course not letting them know the source. I would imagine that they would be caught off guard. Because they wouldn'nt expect a consumer to have this info.
  6. I am looking to trade in a Black 1998 Pontiac Grand AM GT Coupe with 101500 miles. It is automatic, V-6, Cloth interior, Single CD player, Rear spoiler, Premium Alloy wheels. What can I expect on this trade in?
  7. I wouldn't do the REPO. A repo is not just giving the car up. You will still owe the finance company the difference between what your payoff is and what the finance company sold the car for at a repo auction. And they almost always sell a repoed car for much less than it's value. So, you would probably end up oweing more than that $8000 in negative equity. Why don't you use the inheritance to pay down the negative equity and then sell it?
  8. What can I expect at settlement? How long does it usually take? Are most closing cost actually what is needed at actual closing?
  9. You could call all 3 agencies and try to have them remove a few inquiries. I know at one time EQ was good at removing inquries over the phone.
  10. You could refinance for a longer term. You will end up paying more. But, you will lower your monthly payment.
  11. How does this GFE look? Interest Rate: 8.625% (ARM 2/28) 801 Origination Fee: $539.50 802 1.00% Discount Points: 803 Appraisal Fee: 804 Credit Report: 809 Tax related service fee: $98.00 810 Processing fee: $495.00 Commitment fee: $50.00 Flood Cerrt Fee: $17.00 Application Fee: $330.00 This includes the appraisal and home inspection 1106 Notary Fee: $35.00 1108 Title Insurance: $ 1614.00 Endorsements: $150.00 Closing Protection Letter: $35.00 1201 Recording Fees: $120.00 1202 City/County Tax/Stamps: Transfer Tax 1%: $1079.00 Realtor Convenyancing Fee: $150.00 Estimated closing cost = $4712.00 These are items required by the lender to be paid in advance: 901 Interest for 15 days: $574.16 903 Hazard ins premium:$ 440.00 These items are reserves deposited with the lender: 1001 Hazard ins. 12. Thanks. So does 8.62% on a 2/28 ARM seem out of line for my situation for a 100% loan. I would need $9200 for closing. That is for closing and pre-paids.
  13. The most recent negative is over a year ago. I have 2 years of perfect rental history. I can prove this by cancelled checks. I would like to 100% but I could come up with 3%. By the way this is in Pennsylvania. Thanks.
  14. With my credit situation, what type of loans and rates can I expect. Equifax: 636 Experian: 606 Transunion: 578 Household income: $64,000 No bankruptcy, collections, or judgements. All my negative tradelines have a zero balance. Total monthly bills: $495 Car $287 Student loan $150 Credit Card The house we are looking at is $112900. What types of loans and rates can I expect? Also, how much should I expect for closing cost?

    closing costs?

You can see if they will bump up the price of the home by the amount of closing cost assisatance that you need and you they will cut a check to you at closing and you will in turn pay for some of your closing cost with that check. That also depends how much under the appraisal value the asking price is.
