Thanks for all of the information and support. I have been on the phone all day. Was hung up on 4 times. I explained the situation to one lady in Atlanta, and she said.. "I'm sorry, I can not talk with you about this" I explained to her that I would contact the media, she LOL at me and said "that's your choice".. I followed up with a call to a lawyer office, they have yet to return the call, and to my US senator. AND I was shocked at what he had to say. He was calling the national hud office and he said.. "we will get your money".... Well, we will see. In the mean time, I am going to open a second biz. And see if I can get something rolling. I talked again to my home loan people (country wide). They are actually going to help out for another month. So that gives me time to do something. I have lost all accounts I had with this biz. My AMEX is maxed and closed and all citi cards are too. I don't know if I can talk them into reopening the accounts after my invoices are paid, but I think that I will try to do it. I do not want to file BK on the LLC or myself. Anyway, thanks for the help guys....

OK... just tell me what she needs to do right now to get a conversion van next week. Not really looking for a new van, but would like one. her credit is not perfect and is rough. She wants to do this on her own... She is a full time student and works. Graduates in May, starts teaching the following fall.

Never in my life have I been so mad!!! Here is my picture 1 year ago... My scores were from 680 to 720. I purchased a home via a stated income loan. I had a biz and it need growth. So thanks to the people here, I learned how. I received (again thanks to people here): Amex Blue Several Citi Home Depot ....etc.. Katrina happens. OK, it was tough, but got contracts to help update HUD homes. FEMA was footing the bill. Our job was to go in with their list of things to look for,, snap a picture and tell them how much it would take to fix it. We supplied all up front costs. They were to pay net 30. So we sank thousands into fixing up these homes so evacs can move in them. I EVEN WORKED ON THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS so that a guy and his wife could move in on Christmas. Guess what. To this day they are 6 invoices behind.... and day wise 90-120 days late!!!! They will not tell me anything nor am I getting anywhere with them. I am 3 house payments behind and come monday I will be 4 behind!!!! Due to placing the upfront cost into the homes, I am out of money. The cards are maxed out now and I am dead in the water....... I know there is nothing I can do nor anything that you guys can do, but I just had to VENT!!!!! To top it off, my paydex is now a WHOPING 6!!!!! that's right.... 6 it is not a freakin' typo!!!!

Hi, My wife wants a van, conversion.... used. However her credit is not good. I could not give you the scores, but I know it's bad. Is there anybody that will give her a loan in the low 600s.

1st 6.1% 2nd 9.0% and yes part of my income would be hard to verify. the other part would not. My current scores as of today TU 665 EQ 608 EX 600 Country wide has the loans. They will not do anything, they just told me.

I got a home loan No Doc or stated income with scores of 719. I purchased the home for my wife on our 10 year wedding celabration!!! Also took her on a trip. Well I maxed out the cards on the trip, and spent our savings on the down payment. Christmas is coming up and I want to pay off the cards. My scores droped for 2 reasons: Maxed cards... 3 of them Total amount 5,000 The other reason is a 30 day late back in aug. Outside of this late payment there is nothing!!! I want to pay off the 5,000 plus I need to pay 2,500 to another person and have enough to purchase some Christmas stuff and for a rainy day. I think around 25,000... The home value is 130,000. The structure of the loan is 80/10. 88,000 on the first and 11,000 on the second. SO where to turn to with those scores???

They are out there. I got a 80/10/10 with a 719. % rate was 6%.... There are several people here that can help you...
