Thank You. How to start on this now. I see that the credit card companies have marked my cards as charged off. I also some collection agency listings there. So how to really find out the original debt owner and try to pay this off as "Pay To Delete" option. Experts Please advise. Your help is needed

I accrued unsecured debts of 15000$ () in 2008. I constantly monitor my credit reports to see who is owning those debts now? I am in the hide out since 2008 and no collection agency or original creditor has ever been able to find me till date. I don't have any judgments against me, no public records etc etc Now I have this money and I want to pay it off. I see on the internet that paying this off by directly talking to collection agencies will not relieve me of this trouble. Please advise me on how to pay this off safely. May be i am looking for Pay for Delete Option. How to start negotiating with those guys. Please Help
