Thanks. I'll look for it. It is wrong. A 30 month mortgage reporting as 2 years. Says foreclosed/never late. There is a balance but it doesn't. They made a nice profit when they sold it. It is showing no lates which is a plus I guess.

I keep getting previously disputed when I try to dispute through the mail. So I called which worked last time they disputed the account (different tl). So today I tried calling again after getting another previously disputed letter and the very rude rep who I could hardly understand told me there was nothing they could do. They already verified it and they were not required to do it again. Well the info has changed and is even more incorrect. So how do I go about getting them to dispute it again.

Would this have an effect on my score? It's ex so I don't have a way to see if it did.

I'm so frustrated with green tree. They updated my history as charge off June 2010 this week. It was Charged off in 2006. This is how my history looks on my report. Does this change the SOL. I'm in Texas so it's 4 years. I don't like messing with TL that are within SOL but I need this fixed. How should I go about this. Thanks. History Repossession as of Jun 2006, May 2006 Charge Off as of Jun 2010, Dec 2006, Jul 2006 90 days past due as of Apr 2004 60 days past due as of Apr 2006, Mar 2004 30 days past due as of Mar 2006, Feb 2004

They are. I'm trying to get a mortgage and they count towards my debt/income so I need my payments lowered and the only way to lower them is to consolidate them.
-
I called to try and set up an income based repayment and was told I couldn't do anything until I finished school. That is why I thought about consolidating to get lower payments. I need the half of what they are now. So if I'm still in school I can't consolidate? I have to wait until I finish? Needed to do something before then.

My Litton Loan tl is showing lates after the account was sold to chase in Jan 07 so I sent a letter asking them to verify it and remove the lates. They sent me a letter today saying they bought the loan in 1/2007 from chase and owned it until july 2007 and are showing lates the whole time. Chase is saying they bought the debt in 1/2007 from Litton and owned it until 7/07 when another company bought it. So how do I get the lates removed for Litton. I know it was sold to chase in 1/07. They only sent a letter no documentation showing it. Thanks everyone.

I need to consolidate my loans a year before I graduate to get my payments down for a mortgage loan. I was talking to my sister about it and she said if I consolidate now I can't take out anymore loans or grants for college next year. Is this true? Sounds wrong to me. I planned on getting my masters and doctorate after my bachelors. So will consolidating keep me from getting loans later. Also she said after I consolidate I can put them in forbarence. What does that mean. Thanks everyone.

Trying to get a USDA. The only uti i have is my student loans and they are 100% since they are in deferment until I graduate. Thinking about getting a secured card since my loans will not allow me to get a unsecured. I am hopeful that the other dv's will get me some deletes. So my score will go up to where I need it to be.

Two deletes on two different reports today. Last month NCO was added to TU. my score was 615 before it hit. It was removed today and only went back up to 611. Why can't it go back to what is was before. I need a 620 soon. I also had Credit systems removed from EX after a DV

I sent a dv to Dynamic recovery and they responded with a letter asking me to contact them to pay the account and a print out which looks like it is from Atmos website. Says inactive bad debt 508.00 Then show payments for three months of payment history but for the month before it says 0.00. Which I know is wrong we had gas with them for six months before this. It also says page one of three but they only sent me page one. So I'm wondering if it not fake. It just looks wrong to me. I know I owe the debt but I the amount they say I owe is wrong. I just sent a general DR. Should I send something now saying I dispute the amount your saying I owe please provide me with details of the charges? Or what's my next option. Thanks Sorry about the title I meant response to a dv.

I applied for a mortgage and was told my student loans made my debt payments too high. Is there anyway to make them lower b4 repayment starts. I called nelnet but was told that I can't do anything until Jan. even though the last time I went to class was April. My total payments right now is 505 a month if they were in repayment. I need them half that or less. What are my options. Thanks
