Hello, I have a 5 year old C-Corp, 7 trade lines, 80 paydex. My personal credit is garbage. My question is can I change the ownership name or sell the corp to a person with great personal credit to get a business line of credit, I would like to use the PG to get a high credit line, thus the reason for the name change. Will the bank be able to tell or care that the ownership change just happened. I am looking for a $150K line of credit, no doc, PG, anybody have recommendations on banks? Thanks
