  1. Thanks for this information.
  2. Thank you
  3. I apologize for not knowing the correct terminology. Ive heard that lenders can charge a higher interest rate if the home isnt your primary residence or used as a vacation rental. With this being the only mortgage in our name, can it be considered a primary residence? Thanks in advance.
  4. My spouse and I are looking to purchase a home in Palm Springs, CA. We are owners of an S Corp. our current home is owned by the S Corp. with no mortgage. How will lenders classify our loan? Its going to be used as a vacation rental / second home for us. The S Corp. will not be listed on this mortgage. We are wanting to purchase this on our own. Currently saving to make a substantial down payment. Credit and income are in order. Thanks!
  5. Forgot to mention. My account is about 8 months old with a starting line of 500. They auto increased to 1,200.
  6. I received an auto cli last month, and it was a hard pull! Still confused but happy for the increase. I called and they confirmed auto cli can = hard pull. Kind of scary!
  7. Received an alert that a new inquiry was present on my Transinion report. I log in and see a new hard from GECRB-Care Credit. So I log onto my Care Credit account and see a CLI from 500 to 1,200. Yikes, do they always pull a hard for an auto CLI? I'm excited about the increase, just not the hard pull.
  8. All my baddies are over 5 years old.
  9. All the above! No dice.
  10. Have had my Walmart card for 6 statements. No love! I use the card regularly and always pay about 4 times the minimum. Should I change my approach? I realize my scores are not perfect but come on!
  11. Hi everybody, what is the best option for Equifax B*? Ive been out of the loop for a while. Thanks
  12. Thanks
