I'm dealing with NCS too. I'm really looking forward to getting this one off. I sent a VD letter CRRR on 1/29/10, and today, I get a letter from them offering to settle for 50% or they will continue to persue collecting. That's it...not one mention of a single piece of validation that I requested. They can't do that right? I'm new at this too, and I've read so much over the last two weeks, but I'm still not sure exactly what to do. I think I've got them, but I don't Know. Someone please help!

Hi! Thanks for the welcome. They say I owe over $5,000 for a lease that I broke about 3 years ago. I previously paid for a credit repair service, and they were able to get it deleted from EQ, but it is still on TU and EX. I sent a valisation letter "nutcase" I guess it was it is called to National credit systems/CA. That was on Jan. 27th. Got the return receipt, but no response yet. What have you tried so far?

Hi Everyone, This is my first post. The main issue I have is a broken apartment lease that is with National Credit systems. Any advice on attacking this? Thanks!
