*This is my first Business Credit post.

Been reading a bit here and I think that I want to purchase a shelf corp. I would really like to avoid states with huge yearly fees. (or any fees if possible) I want to go the aged corp route in order to more easily get credit without having to PG.

Which states would be my best bet for avoiding a lot of fees? Is DE a good pick?

I live in CT and I know that they impose a $250 businesss ent. tax annually so I want to avoid that.

Thanks for your help.

Wyoming is the best, from what I've read. However, you can purchase whatever is cheapest, because Wyoming allows you to move your corp into their state.

$250 isn't bad. Will you be doing business in CT? You may have to register as a foreign corp doing business in CT, and have other fees or taxes.
