Wells Fargo Education Late Payments

Unfortunately, I let things get out of hand and let both loans get the dreaded 120 days past due. I settled and paid my debt but these are still haunting my Credit Reports.
Does anyone have any insight on how to deal with Wells Fargo Education? Contacts? Emails?
I've tried to call and basically get immediately shut down. I've tried disputing several times and they always verify.
I'm willing to try anything to get this off my report.

One to Tom Boland...I believe he is/was the head of the Wells Fargo Education dept. the other I sent to their main email address. I sent a pretty basic goodwill letter. I'm hoping that this gets the job done. I'm going to try and call tomorrow and see if anything happens.

Can you PM me his email address. I've tried contacting them on a similar issue and can't get anywhere.

*Bump*

I have sent letters and talked to them on the phone and no luck. They give me the "we cannot and do not do GW". It's killing me too because at one point (prior to CB) I hate five different SL's that all went late for 90 to 120 days. Even though some of those payments were super small it is killing my credit. I finally consolidated and have been paying for the past three+ years on time but these will not fall off for another two years.
If anyone has success with WF I am highly interested in finding out. Otherwise, I'll have to wait two years.
