I have 3 seperate tradelines with them. What is the best way to go about getting them removed? Sending seperate letters for validation for each tradeline or one letter disputing all 3 tradelines?

I can't think of a reason why a person might have three inaccurate tradelines from the same company but failed to notice them at the same time. So the thing that makes the most sense to me would be to dispute all three at the same time.

DV and dispute with the CRA's first. If they fail to validate, in my personal experience I had good success with Midland via BBB. Read my post a year ago:

Basically I complained to BBB about their failure to validate and inaccurate reporting. I was able to fight them off that way.

Another approach is to send letters to Midland's bond insuruance underwriter if your State requires all licensed CA's to be bonded. Do a search on this board, there are several valuable threads regarding this.

Startover do you have the address for Midland's bond insurance underwriter? I'm in Florida, they are required to be licensed & bonded but they are not! I looked them up. I just want them gone asap from my reports! They're only on EQ right now.

Thanks,

Thanks. My letter is typed up and ready to be mailed out tomorrow. As well as my letters to the CRA's. I guess I'll be spending another 20+ dollars at the post office tomorrow.

Make sure when you use the bond approach, ALWAYS attach both letters both ways. In other words, on the DV letter you send to CA, attach the complaint letter you'll be sending to the bond underwriter so the CA knows that you got their bond underwriter involved. On the complaint letter you send to the underwriter, attach the original DV letter you sent to the CA.
