I am looking to purchase a shelf corp in Ga, hopefully to help establish a couple of business LOCs to use for rehabbing residential property.

I've searched the site and found good info on shelf corps and links to some companies providing them, but I'm looking for feedback from people who have purchased a shelf corp:

how has it helped in securing credit?

how old was your actual business before the shelf corp?

do you feel it has been worth the investment?

did the corp already have a EIN or bank account?

how about a shelf corp or other existing corp which already has some credit established?

Thanks in advance

MS where did you find yours?

I found a couple I had let state deactivate--did some checking and not a problem to reinstate -just pay some fees(actually cheaper than new). Never used them, just set up to do business under and then never did. No EIN's ever retained. Have talked to a couple of brokers, and they say their worth $8-12K. If you can use and want to save a few bucks before I list them let me know.

Looking at about $6K for a 15year company. Originated in IN--will transfer to wherever. PM me off list
