I was interested in a MA shelf Corp. I did a google search and was unable to come up with any Corp's in MA.

 

Anyone have any leads on places that have shelf corps.

 

Another question is weather or not you can change the name after you

obtain and own one.

 

Also what would a side by side comparison look like of the positives Vs. the negatives of a shelf corp or a new corp you set up yourself.

I changed the name after purchasing the shelf corp. This was a Wyoming corp.

 

The biggest positive is age. When applying for credit, how old is your business. It is as old as the original inc date, not the date purchased
