Here's a list of sites with good info about shelf corps:

http://www.shelfcorporation.us/wyomingcorporations.htm

http://www.corporationstoday.com/aged.html

http://www.nevada123.com/shelfcompanies.html

http://www.travelersgroup.com

http://www.amerilawyer.com/reddi_corps.htm

The one I used was in a different thread, will post more later. Feel free to add sites or your own info info, maybe we can have a masterthread on shelf corps ins and outs.

I will link the posts re shelf corps, so we will have a quick easy reference thread.

javaowl tells me that it's possible to transfer a corporation from another state to WY. That can seriously lower the upfront cost of doing this. Some states are not as popular as WY and NV, due to the laws in those states. That makes them cheaper to purchase. Then they can possibly be transferred to WY to take advantage of the favorable situation there.
