I am interested in starting filing for a corp. DE maybe? I want to use it to create a shelf status to maybe look at in the future to use for a business venture. Ideally, I would like to obtain lines of credit from banks to do rehabs on houses, once the market bottums.

 

Will applying for credit and not using it raise my scores?

 

What how many years does a corp need to be shelfed before a bank will fall over an give you huge LOC?

 

 

Obviously, these questions are all in regarding the traditional sense when the economy is not so bad.

Not gonna happen initially without a personal guarantee from you. No bank is stupid enough to loan money for speculative real estate of all things just because you have an aged corp.
