I changed the name - the old name was related to a different business. No tax returns for previous years. Everything's been changed, still waiting for the docs to arrive.

No, you cannot change the state where I am located. It is inc in one state, has registered rep there, business address in the state where I am located and registered as a "foreign" corp in the state where I am located. It all depends on the different states' laws.

If I may add - how one person sets this up, is not an indication of how someone else can set theirs up, because of the variations in state laws. Unless you own a GA corp and are located in VA - then you can copy me exactly.
