I have a few fakos, looking for best way to get FICO8 scores. Saw fico.com is $19 per report? Is that the norm now - it's been a few years since i've pulled a FICO.

Or, after the 7-day trial (which is really 10 days), they will offer you another $1 trial.

Rinse and Repeat... been doing this for almost 2 years.

BILLION TIMES TO THE INFINITY TO THIS

Since doing CCT and found this trick thanks to Kat that's what I've been doing as well.

Unless of course you have other accounts you get free FICO 08 monthly and don't need to see the change everyday.

I'm at a 608/616/623! Hooray! Better than I expected considering the position I was put in when I stopped paying credit cards 4 years ago. Thank you again CB

While I may not be able to get back into some of the larger banks due to my current relationship with them, I'm hoping at least to get my credit score back up for when that opportunity arises (if ever).

Also "guilty". I $2-3 a month for all 3 scores, updates and alerts. I have considered paying the $14.99 buy why? Then I can only get TU and EQ once per month! Haha!

Also, to anyone who isn't familiar, you can call and cancel on Day 1 and still have the account for Day 10, and an ability to pull fresh reports on Day 7. That way you don't need to remind yourself to cancel. Too bad they don't offer an online cancellation option.

I have USAA and NFCI already. USAA is kind of dead to me in regards to banking since they've locked me out of anything good. I can only access my accounts via mobile access. I still get my Direct Deposit there, but I end up transferring it to other accounts to pay bills. Works for me, but I've burned them with 2 CC's in the past so I doubt I will ever get in their good grace ever again. We still use them for auto and homeowners though. They were *nice* enough to forgive my 20k in CC debt though, instead of going after me legally...

I did the cancel ad repeat a couple times but felt I was abusing the system so just do the 14.99, not a bad deal compared to what's out there. I might be mis-remembering, but didn't fico offer all three with daily updates on log in for around $30 a month like 10 years ago?

Repeatedly taking advantage of a 7 day trial does present a certain ethical quandary. I'm not sure I'm comfortable with that personally.

I believe they continue to offer the trial in hopes that you will forget to cancel... eventually.

People looking for the "cheapest" of everything is how we got W*****t, and their $0.96 cookie sheets that rust in the dishwasher after the first use.

Never confuse "cheapest" with "best value."
