So flying out of PHX I was watching March Madness at the airport bar and noticed this young lady making what I thought was a bloody mary only with Corona instead of vodka. After exchanging pleasantries we discussed our occupations and it turns out she is a foreclosure and bankruptcy mitigation supervisor for NationStar Mortgage, which is who is servicing my mortgage. So naturally I zeroed in on her credit and mortgage knowledge and long discussions on HARP, HAMP, the meltdown, FHA, conventional, the old "liars loans" and such ensued. Her response was "Wow. For an engineer you sure have a handle on how credit works...." - I mentioned that credit is a "hobby" of mine. I thought about mentioning creditboards but decided we didn't need any more lurkers.

So she had to go catch her flight home but she gave me her business card and said if I ever needed assistance with my loan servicing and getting nowhere with the CSRs to contact her and she would point me to a supervisor in the correct department.

Mods - I'll hold on to her contact info if someone on here with a Nationstar mortgage and needs assistance. Though I'm sure if someone is in a foreclosure already she's involved.

I just found this post when searching for Nationstar.  I am working with Nationstar on a mod during BK, and, they have filed foreclosure.  I am trying to find a better POC and if you can share via private message, please let me know.

You wouldn't be able to read the PM since you're on first post

I should be able to access PM now, so, if you wouldn't mind sharing, it would be appreciated.

You can also send PMs now, so you might try sending one to Indy asking him for the info. :) Click his name.
