I tried using a different browser, but it made no difference. Not eligible for this order. I'm just curious to know why it works for some people but not others. The only reason I can think of is that they might keep track of whether you ever used it before, in their database, not in your cookies.

Did you use a mortgage broker? Advantus doesn't sound like a credit report company. More likely a mortgage company, or the kind of company a mortgage gets sold to.

I haven't looked it up, but mortgage brokers usually use re-seller's, and pull tri-merge reports. You can find out more about these reports in the mortgage forum. It's not something you can buy for your own monitoring, which is what we're talking about in this thread.

I finally decided to break down and order the Fico platinum kit so I can compare my FICO scores to my FACO scores and when I go to check my EQ score I get the message: Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm your identity during your last purchase attempt. Your security is important to us, and therefore you will need to confirm your identity prior to purchasing any future myFICO® product.

I was able to get a TU score though. Unfortunately it was 26 points lower than my FACO score (688 vs 714)
