Aged and Shelf Corporations

Hello everyone i have read this forum for a while and decided finally to join. Everyone here has some great advice and I personally appreciate it.

 

My question is- Is it a good idea to buy an aged/shelf corporation that has over 2 years and has never been used. And does anybody know who to go through because there are so many sites on the internet that offers this service.

 

 

Other question is a registered agent a good thing to have for address purpose or do you know a better way to do this?

As far as shelf goes...there's a lot of info about them on here (do a search). It's def better to acquire that has at least two years of age to it and 3 is even better. The age can b a factor when acquiring some tradelines (w/2yrs or more ur pretty set to get most tradelines available out there)

Age is definitely better - I was turned down by Target w/ their reasoning being that corp was 3 months shy of being 3 yrs old. Even though business was 4-1/2 yrs old it had not been incorporated a full 3 years. They told me to PG or reapply after the Corp is 3 yrs old.

Hey thanks for the reponses but is there an ideal company who you trust to go through for purchasing these companies.
