We just created our LLC that will hold our rental properties. What should we do next to build credit for our LLC? Thanks.

Did you start your phone service, bank account, applied for EIN, obtained a business fax number and e-mail address? If all these are done, are you listed in 411 yet, and SOS? If yes proceed to apply to uline without placing and order. proceed to apply for Staples, Viking, FEDEX UPS, NEBS, and the such of net 30 accounts.

is it necessary to get a biz phone line in order to establish credit?

 

i already have 1 landline and 2 celllines.

I created my LLC over a year ago, but only started actively trying to get credit for it earlier this year. Finally am starting to get banks to take my business seriously which is nice. To what end are you trying to build up your LLC's credit?
