Account Reviews-What do they REALLY SEE?

I know lots of times people post question about the difference between a hard pull and an AR (Account Review) Pull.

 

In microsoft word format here is Equifax's solution to an Account Review complete with pricing structure. This via my biz account with Equifax.

 

 

It is called Equifax Readi-Review. Equifax_Readi_Review.doc

the metro mail standard is still used today. guess who was once offered a job at metro mail????

Wow. If I read this right, there's a risk rating called:

 

" K -- File contains narrative codes indicating disputed accounts ..."

 

I was not aware of this. Is it really a trigger for adverse action?

 

(I thought disputing was safe. Honest disputing, anyway.)
