Something is Missing here..

Recommended Posts

I recently got approved for 1.5k for a HSBC Platinum and have this card in my wallet all the time.Today i saw PG EQ and EX are showing up this account as "Credit card Lost or Stolen", I was confused.I called HSBC.they tell me it was reported as lost on Dec 7th.I never called them, nor ever gave this card to my DH..Now how in the world can it be reported as lost and stolen while its there sitting in my wallet even now? what did i miss here.is there anything i need to do now.somebody plz tell me.

Maybe the fat fingered CSR dropped dead, thereby ending the call in an abrupt and rude way? Just a thought. I like to look on the bright side of things.
