6/2/26 ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type when trying to create account?

A friend trying to make an account here and when he gets to the captcha part for days now trying it says "ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type when trying to create account" can anyone opass this on and see if it is a website issue? Thank you!
