Considering the fact of 'kinda persnickity' new WA collection law." does this situation classify, as far as WA law is considered...that Mohela is acting under a the term of a 'debt collector," and likely be subject to the WA Collection Agency Act? Any insight? this could impact a lot of us Quote

If you owe student loans, your best bet is to put the loan into forbearance which should bring it current and put out the payments due at a future time.
