The accord would pay potentially millions of ATM users who were charged an unreimbursed access fee to withdraw cash from independent, non-bank ATMs.

 

I personally don't have to withdraw money from an independent, non-bank ATM located inside a gas station, strip club, etc.

 

But I do have a Schwab Visa debit card if needed.
