mactube Posted June 25, 2025 Posted June 25, 2025 I have been denied for a line of credit with Chase even though I have over 20k ADB around 100k of balance at that time and over 600k deposits in the last 4 months and personal Experian score of 815. Stated reasons form chase where: - Past/ present delinquency of business credit account ( I found out <to late> that I had a business bank account with another bank that I forgot about and hat a small negative balance due to account maintenance fee and didn't notice it so they closed the account without me realizing) I don't now where this is reported though. - balance on business credit accounts compared to credit lines high number of consumer accounts. ( I have 11 personal cards) When applying for a Credit Card for a new LLC, will a bank look account / credit from my other LLC or only personal credit ? Should I apply with my New LLC or try to clean up the business credit of my old account , where ever the high balance and closed account is reported ? Quote
shifter Posted June 25, 2025 Posted June 25, 2025 (edited) Only personal credit matters. If the bank account went negative that's Chex. A bad Chex entry is a pariah. Edited June 25, 2025 by shifter Quote
