Hello,

I applied for membership after unfreezing TU. They pulled Chex but I dont see a SP on TU. Chex Score is 677 with 4 INQ in last 18 months, and fifth one is from Jovia.

I rember an old thread where someone ran into similar issue. I reached out to Chex but they have no clue. 

For ref, LN is frozen.

I got an AAN with following citation."

Score: 9995 Score Date: 2024-10-24

TU was not frozen. Only LN was frozen along with SageStream. I lifted the freez today. I asked Jovia but they had no clue, I will contact them again.

So I was able to triage the issue and eliminated "Third Party Credit Freez Alert" that was preventing account opening.

it has been discussed here before.

I will cite the threads here for future reader to circumvent or navigate the challenge of CU denials citing Chex when Chex is not actually frozen.
