AMEX Hard or Soft Pulls for existing clients.

I currently have a personal AMEX GOLD DELTA card with a credit limit of 20k, in good standing, but would like to apply to their AMEX Business Blue card to begin my business lines. I have heard that they don't do hard inquiry/pull if you already have an account with them, only soft inquiries if in good standing. How many of you have done this before and what type of inquiry did they do?  If a soft pull because I'm an existing customer, then I'm heading over 🏃🏽‍♀️

No hard pull after being approved for the Blue Cash Preferred card since I already had the Everyday Card in good standing.

Just one month ago I got 2 biz blue cash cards with all 3 credit bureaus frozen. One for my LLC and one for my sole prop. I already had 2 personal cards and 2 biz cards with Amex and I think that is why they didn't do a hard or soft pull.
