I have purchased a used vehicle on a site called carvana. I have made 2 payments since the obtaining of the vehicle. On my first payment no complications my second payment they couldn't find me based on my last 4 digits of my social security number. We escalated the situation because they jave financed this car in my name I have a signed contract by both both parties so now I am in my third month and they are telling me I have to pay a down-payment when I first got into purchase they ran all my information that I sent to them over 2 days they told me I qualified with no money down I need help trying to understand my situation legally can they take the vehicle back because of their mistake also will I be legally obligated to absorb all damages and not be made whole in this transaction this loan has been approved through the treasury debt. So someone was paid in my name and number for me to have the vehicle. So is there any way for me to come out of this without paying them anymore for their mistake or loosing my vehicle because of their mistake
