How do you keep track of your personal finances?

Basically, I am trying to keep track of my personal finances using Excel but it is getting very tedious. Do wanted to ask what are some of the tools you guys use to keep track of your personal finances including expense tracking, savings, investments, etc.

I use excel and update all >50 accounts monthly by hand. takes less than an hour; two at most if I had an active month. I really don't like sharing my data with third parties like mint etc. I track expenses by using a credit card for almost everything and reviewing statements each month.

so what have you found that works? I'm thinking I need to upgrade from my 20 year old excel file
