NormanColton Posted January 19, 2025 Posted January 19, 2025 Take them to court and dispute I would try and seek monetary compensation also. While waiting for day in court the eviction does not show up on your report. It actually shows in public records whereas it pops up like a doctor bill or something, if I'm not mistaken. I think for 60 days it has to be deleted til a judgement is made. In the mean time if trying to move into a new home the new landlord can't see it. Quote
