Hi all! Haven’t hung out around here in a while. Checking in to see what condition our condition is in with the forums and see the latest and greatest credit/mortgage happenings. 
 

I’m seeing a lot of people struggling financially on various other social media platforms and in the lives of friends and family. I still avidly recommend Credit Boards to anyone who will listen that wants to learn.

 

Happy to say that I’ve been able to maintain all the CB habits, tips and tricks I learned along the way. (Knock on wood!) My FICO scores generally fluctuate between 840-850 across the big 3 CRA’s. I feel like I pretty much hit a wall on available credit and the CLI processes.

 

Anyone have some recent hot topics? Any recent experiments or guinea pig testing in process? Is that still a thing? lol
